i have serious mold on an area (about 10) of parquet floor. it was hidden under the bed and some water spill cause the mold. Is it possible to just replace that 10 parquet floor? and how much would it cost? any license/insurance needed?

As far as I recall, it is possible to replace those parquet floor tiles separately. The question of if they will match is another question. If you're in a co-op building, you can try to ask your maintenance guys if they have any extra (odd, yes, but sometimes they do have them). No sure of cost, etc.

Sflanker,

It is possible to just replace some of your wood floor. If it is under the bed and you don't care what it looks like that would be ideal. Usually for a wood floor repair you have to sand the whole floor, stain and then poly to match. As far as licensing that is up to your building. I would try to get a handyman to fix it
