Have lived in the building for one year ... June 2011 to July 2012 ... Management is very slow to fix any problems. Only two washers in basement and one has been broken for almost the whole year. Property Manager is hard to get a hold of, receptionist at Gatbsy Realty is very rude. Never rec'd my 45 day notice to renew lease. Had to call and then was told they were increasing rent by $200 per month. Worse is the fact that the management company rents out several of the units in the building to international tourist. They are always coming in late at night and are loud ... and do not know where to put their trash from their units so they simply put bags of garbage out on the curb in front of the building. So, the building always looks like a dump!
