Future price dropper here. Close to $2m for "Edwardian 5"?

I have seen some jaw dropping apartments here over the years and this one, well when it was listed on streeteasy two months ago (not 31 days ago NYT) it had a floorplan that was quite odd. I hadn't seen a non-flow like this in ages. There is no floorplan in any of the ads at this point. The floorplan disappeared and for obvious reason if would guess. If it isn't a future price dropper, then it will probably just disappear like the floorplan in the land of "no longer available".

"Edwardian 5's" tend to have odd floor plans....

Is it different than 3C? (http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/690960-coop-171-west-71st-street-lincoln-square-new-york) It looks like 2C and 11C have the same, so I assume that 4C is similar. I didn't think that the floorplan there looked that bad. You just have to accept that this is basically a one bedroom apt/Edwardian Five.

The price will definitely drop, but I think that's more related to lack of sq ft.
