Looks like a great building with great views. Any idea why there are so many A units for sale?

everyone will lose their view when the NYU building goes up. It will be very dark in the apt's.

which side of the building will it be on?

which block the NYU building is planned for, is it the East side across the building?

One block South in case you haven't already noticed. It's FLYING up which = construction quality issues.

the building yu are discussing is not an nyu bldg - it is an outpatient day surgery facilty for memorial sloam kettering - it is on the nw corner of 61st/york - the only apts that lose anything are the a and g line - and the f line in some instances lose the view from a bathroom window . the other bldg rising at 60t /york is a solow bldg - twin to the one existing behind it - as far as 440 goes all other lines in bldg retain their views either facing east with river/bridge view or north with city views
