60k a month for RENT would get you a place not too far off from this.

The interior is ghastly. How many millions more just to make it aesthetically tolerable?

They'll probably end up chopping the whole place up back into smaller units. $95 million asking price has never been achieved in a co-op to date. The most expensive one I remember was the Pierre penthouse back in 204 that was asking $70 million. Laid on the market for 4 years with the board rejecting (I think) 2 prospective foreign buyers.
Goodness! And $60k a month in maintenance!

And yes, these interiors are tacky.
