Typical of landlord William Koeppel, expect a SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLAR INCREASE AFTER FIRST YEAR LEASE! There is currently a strike, a class action against Koeppel, a DHCR Complaint for rent reduction due to decreased services and the list goes on & on & on. Please do yourself a favor and Google either William Koeppel or 350 East 52nd street BEFORE moving.
