Fix Closets inside
No change in walls plumbing etc
Need los cost not High end.
Apartment has 3 bedrooms, livring Room dining Room, kitschen, maids Room, 2 baths

It is nearly impossible to give accurate costs based on your post. How many square feet is the apartment, what shape are the walls in now? the floors? How big is the kitchen? If you can email a floor plan and some pictures i might be able to give you what I think a low cost is
