UES planned WTS at 91sr

Anybody has a comment or know what is going on with the Upper East Side planned waste transfer site at 91st? Anybody knows how prices will be affected in this building?

Its not a done deal yet. you can find plenty of discussions about it on the board. If it does go in, I could see a dip in the area, but i think buyers will come in. keep in mind , there was an old crappy station there till 1999 and the neighborhood did fine.

Does anyone know the real status of the Lappin/Kellner hail mary federal lawsuit - as in the next hearing and whether it's a maeningful one?
