Discussion about 105 Norfolk Street #11B
Does anyone know if there has been upgrade/renovation to this apartment in the past year? It sold for $1.32m last year when maintainence and taxes were $852/month LOWER. Now despite higher carrying costs they are asking for a price 25% HIGHER. It doesn't make sense.
