Combining West Village and Greenwich village, we have 49 Houses (either single of multi-family) listed in NY Times today ..... a little action? Who will go after 92 Jane st? Remember when Lehman fell, well, there were 52 houses listed. Since then the number hit 60 listed at one stage ....
