Discussion about 303 East 57th Street #33G
Plus an additional $48k for the difference between $6k and $8k for the following two years, no? So that's a total of $144 over three years, which is not an insubstantial amount.
How did the maintenance skyrocket from $5,833 (2008) to $8,010 so quickly? Was there an additional combination?
IIRC there was a revaluation of the land in 2008, which'd trigger a higher land-lease rent.
In 2010, they had to cough up something like $10,000,000 in back rent, having lost a case with the landlord over land valuation at some much-earlier reset.
In all seriousness I think the owner is bipolar. Jacked up 39% after whole foods opened!
