It is also misleading in the listing - it has extremely limited part-time doorman hours

The design and layout are a bit crazy and the LR is little more than a couch on a wall...

Large outdoor space, but it seems that they forgot about the LR..
Also: what is the purpose of including in the floorplan that there is a safe in the closet on the second floor??
