Where can I find a website or an agent for an ny co-op insurer? Apartment is a 1.5 BR, 1.5 BA co-op in midtown east (not near the water), looking for $500k dwelling coverage, and not sure what else I need. Thanks in advance for your help!

You only need enough insurance to rebuild your apt from bare walls, plus coverage for your personal crap.
Did you ever serve in the military? If so, USAA is an option.
