Hi Guys - Does anyone know what the average fee is to sublet your coop (assuming that you are allowed to sublet at all)? I heard it was "$1 a share" - is that usually a one-time fee or monthly? Any insight is appreciated!!

i ve seen 20% penalty on usual maintenance for the first 2 years of sublet... then 22.5% for 2-4y, then 25% for 4-6, then 27.5% for 6-8 and it s capped at 30% for over 8 years
