Discussion about 640 West End Avenue in Upper West Side
Anyone have thte inside skinny on this bldg? Is it filled with rentals? How is the staff and service level? What about maintenance or upcoming assessments? What's with the ivy? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Its a really nice building, but plumbing needs to be replaced. Water is never a steady temperature. 100 years old. Staff is good. About 1/3 rentals.
