Any updates on EC3- Someone had posted prior that the building is going to be 50% rental. Any info. Also heard that 5sl has delayed closings on upper floors until the fall at the earliest.

Any Info on my favorite outer borough experimentknown as LIC. How is EC3, Powerhouse, 5SL an the rest of the gang up to?
