Anyone know what's going with the 5sl? Was looking at some of the apartments the other day and nowit looks like they've all been pulled from sale by Toll Brothers.

NO not exactly, their are several that are being flipped. So you have over 20 being sold by Toll and several others that were flips. I have no idea if that was the buyer's intention. The asking price of the flip units are way over the top.
