i know this will soon become dicey, but anyone have any intel on how sales in LIC are going? particularly waterfront area.

cb81, sales are slow and struggling. LIC is having the same problem as williamsburg. they're trying to lure people into buying condos with the premise that the area will improve dramatically, but this is all speculation. and currently, LIC is a horrendous area to live in.
