It looks beautiful to me. Not necessarily a great deal, but not unreasonable given what else is for sale on Park.

I just realized that even though it's a nice size apartment it only has 2 bathrooms.
I guess it's around 2000f2.
What do you guys think would be a fair value.
Btw, it's not on Park but between Park and Lex.

Way overpriced for this market by at least 500K and maybe more.

I can't give you a fair value--the market is so crazy right now. But something like 2.8 would seem reasonable.

I wonder what this apartment sold for in '98. Was it valued at under $1m?

My broker called to make an appointment and they told her that they are no longer showing it because it went in contract today. They didn't tell her for how much.
