anyone on streeteasy purchase a unit here? it looks like the first unit delivery date (within a year of 1/1/08) has passed with no word from the sponsor on any completion. under the contract the sponsor is obigated to offer a refund to anyone in contract. what are you going to do?

im working with a couple of contract holders in the building. Theyre telling me about Spring time for closings. No mention of the delivery date. But that is interesting. sunny_hong@countrywide.com

read the plan. While I am not familiar with the building's plan, most plans have a delivery date and an out-of-contract date. It is normally 1 to 2 years after the original delivery date. I can't imagine that 1/1/08 was the delivery date since it seemed to just start being built at that time. Like I said, not familiar with the plan though.
