It's not a 2 br - it's also a jr 4 that's been converted - and they raised the price - so stupid

Do RE brokers really think that people are that stupid?

The ONLY way to sell these days is to offer a real bargain - nothing less.
And that price must include a downward adjustment for the upcoming decline in value - at least for the next 2 years.

If true, that's really really funny and a surefire sign of desperation. 6 F in good condition in the same building is asking 750K, 23F also in good condition is asking 825K and 33F started at 1.3 M, went all the way down to 999K and presumably got only extreme low ball offers, if any. It's insane basically. They're flipping, so they have to sell. I predict they'll get 600K in 2010. Even being in crack doesn't justify losing another month.

This has got to be a trend...look at this:

http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/383833-coop-220-east-67th-st-lenox-hill-new-york

07/08/2008 Previously Listed in StreetEasy by Corcoran at $1,300,000.
02/07/2009 Corcoran Listing is no longer available. Last priced at $999,999.
02/11/2009 Listed in StreetEasy by Prudential Elliman at $1,100,000.
Very 'crever' dishonerable broker number one.

How is raising the price a tactic....it just makes the sellers wishy washy...and if you know it was below a million..going up doesn't matter

Nice strategic move by Dolly Lenz.
First offering 12 grand on firt year's maintenance and on top of that a 10% cut in price LOL
Big Question how long will it take to see that announcement?

Wow a junior four on york for this price. This is a fine example of insanity. Nice find.
