Vivian Ducat

Vivian Ducat, born and bred on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, has a deep curiosity about what lies within the walls of the city around her. Vivian's enthusiasm for the smallest details of layout, hallway floor tiles, views and the history of buildings makes her a knowledgeable salesperson for the properties she sells, and an engaging companion for buyers. People are also her passion. Vivian, who is a BBC-trained documentary filmmaker with decades of filmmaking experience is an agent who can talk to just about anyone. A graduate of Harvard with a master's from Columbia in Real Estate Development, Vivian is as obsessed with the industry as can be imagined. She bought her first co-op on Columbus Avenue at 25, and has been a co-op shareholder ever since, serving on two boards including a nearly 4 year term as board president in a co-op which underwent a major and successful transformation.
