With experience overseeing development marketing projects including The Azure, 323 Park Avenue South, and most recently, Gramercy Square. Eleonora is a veteran in the field, skilled in all aspects of real estate. Whether it be working with\ experienced Manhattan buyers and sellers or foreign investors purchasing in NYC for the first time, Eleonora makes the real estate process seamless and efficient with her hard work and ingenuity. As important are the relationships she forms along the way, and the creativity with which she negotiates deals so that they benefit both parties. Raised in SoHo and currently residing in Greenwich Village, Eleonora has a distinct edge as far as her knowledge of the market and inventory. Her experience and passion for the field make her one of the most successful young agents in the business. Additionally, she has developed a strategic network within the real estate community that ensures clients have access to the most exclusive opportunities. A student of Manhattan's prestigious Stuyvesant High School and graduate of Boston University's Questrom School of Management with a Business Administration & Marketing degree, Eleonora inherently knew that real estate was her calling. After briefly working in Media Sales for E! Entertainment Television, Eleonora joined Douglas Elliman in 2009 and has ranked among the firm’s top agents ever since. Fluent in English and Hebrew and proficient in Spanish and German, Eleonora believes that a strong hold on the Manhattan real estate market involves a deep understanding of the global community. As such, she is focused on international outreach opportunities on her clients' behalf. Eleonora believes strongly in giving back to the city that has given her so much. She serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors at the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association and avidly supports organizations seeking to enhance both the New York and global community.
