A new rental development at 21-34 Broadway in Astoria has made 12 apartments available for a housing lottery that opens today.

Eligible applicants are middle-income earners whose annual income is 130 percent of the area median income. That ranges from $75,806 for a single person up to $146,510 for a 5-person household.

The 1-bedroom units will lease for $2,211 while the 2-bedroom units are $2,666 per month.

There’s not a lot of information available about the new development, which sits on a corner lot not far from other new developments along Broadway, including the Astor at 29-10 Broadway.
