The target audience for this lottery is middle-income earners, starting with 2-person households making between $77,178 and $108,550, all the way up to 4-person households with annual incomes of up to $135,590. The income qualifications are shown below.

The new rental development on Somers Street is just a block from the C train station at Rockaway Avenue. Apartment interiors are finished with oak floors, split AC units, heat in every room, and 9-foot ceilings. Building amenities include washer-dryers and a shared rooftop deck with city views.
