A new housing lottery has opened up in Bushwick offering 67 apartments from $1,759 per month. The units in this Bushwick affordable housing lottery will be spread across two buildings at 340 Evergreen Ave. and 889 Bushwick Ave.

The deadline to apply is Dec. 31, 2018.

Designed by Studio Bice, 340 Evergreen will have 177 apartments total, and 889 Bushwick will have 55. Both buildings are meant to be energy efficient, with the Bushwick Avenue building also expected to meet passive house standards. Residents can expect the amenities associated with many new buildings, such as a fitness center, game room, laundry, and bike storage. These properties also take pet-friendliness to the next level with an in-house pet spa.
