A new boutique rental development at 690 Bushwick Ave. has opened an affordable housing lottery for six units. Rents in this Bushwick Avenue housing lottery will be $1,984 or $2,394 for 1- and 2-bedroom units, respectively.

The four-story building contains a total of 37 apartments, with market-rate rents ranging between $2,300 and $3,300 a month.

To be eligible for this lottery, applicants must earn at 115 percent of the area median income, or between $68,023 and $134,030 per year, depending on household size.

To apply online, go to NYC Housing Connect. To request an application by mail, send a self-addressed envelope and stamp to: 690 BUSHWICK RESIDENCE LLC, C/O Metropolitan Realty Exemption, 118 Middleton St., Brooklyn, NY, 11206.

Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 27, 2018.

Building amenities include central air conditioning, parking, laundry room, and roof deck.
