While this Central Harlem housing lottery is not a big one in terms of units — there are five apartments available — the higher area median income required makes it somewhat unusual.

Located at 10 W. 132nd St., five units are being offered for those who earn at 130 percent of the area median income, or between $65,143 to $108,550 per year.  Two studios are available for single persons earning $65,143 to $95,030, and three 1-bedrooms are available for either 1- or 2-person households who make between $77,829 and $108,550. The building has 16 units, with full-floor units on the first and sixth floors, according to the builder’s website, M&R.
