A Crown Heights housing lottery was just announced in which 93 brand-new apartments will be made available for those who qualify. Located at 1336 Bedford Ave., Bedford Arms Apartments is a new, nine-story apartment complex with 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom layouts.

The lottery is open to four different area median income levels, including 40% AMI (annual household income of $22,800 to $49,520); 50% AMI (annual household income of $28,938 to $61,900); 100% AMI (annual household income of $49,200 to $123,800) and 165% AMI ($76,629 to $204,270). Bedford Arms is located across the street from the old Atlantic Ave. Armory. Building amenities include a visual doorbell, elevators, parking, bike storage, exercise room, laundry, and a roof deck.
