Acacia Gardens is an all-affordable mixed-use building at 401-411 E. 120th St. in East Harlem, in which 124 new apartments are now available via housing lottery for those who qualify. Eligibility for this East Harlem housing lottery is currently limited to those who earn 60 percent and 100 percent of the area median income, which means between $30,069 for a single person up to $95,400 for a household of four. Rents will range from $822 for a studio to $1,706 for a 2-bedroom apartment. See details below:

The building is being constructed through the ELLA (Extremely Low and Low-Income Affordability) Program of the New York City Housing Development Corporation and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
