There are a number of units offered across many affordability levels, including 15 units starting at $396 per month for those who make 30 percent of the area median income; 23 units starting at $519 for those at 40 percent; 23 units starting at $670 for those at 50 percent; 90 units starting at $822 for those at 60 percent; and 47 units starting at $996 for those making 100 percent of the AMI.
