A new 49-story luxury rental tower at 118 Fulton St. (previously known as 112-120 Fulton St.) in the Financial District is inviting would-be dwellers to apply for units in an affordable housing lottery. The deadline to apply for this new FiDi housing lottery is April 10, 2018.

The mixed-use building will offer 97 apartments with below-market rents of $788 for studios, $847 for 1-bedrooms, and $1,025 for 2-bedrooms. Eligible applicants must earn 60 percent of the area median income, which is detailed below.

The new, mixed-use building will contain a total of 483 apartments, as well as a gym, residents’ lounge, game room, terrace, bike room, and retail space. To apply online, go to NYC Housing Connect.
