A new affordable housing lottery is being offered on one of New York City’s most famous promenades — and the deadline to apply is Feb. 8, 2018.

A total of 93 apartments are up for grabs at 2605 Grand Concourse, which Douglaston Developers is calling one of the first ground-up residential projects on Grand Concourse in decades.

The 12-story, mixed-income development is offering studios and 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units to eligible applicants who earn at 60 percent, 75 percent and up to 130 percent of the area median income. That is a fairly broad range of income levels, starting at $30,515 for a single person all the way up to $143,910 for a six-person household. Rental rates, which span from $822 for a studio up to $2,190 for a 3-bedroom, are listed in the chart below.
