You know Lenny Kravitz the musician. And the actor, and the dad to rising-star actress Zoë, and the general all-around superstar. But have you heard of Lenny Kravitz the interior designer?

It’s true. Kravitz has long had an interest in design and architecture, even going so far as to create his own furniture line for CB2. Now his firm, Kravitz Design, has collaborated on an entire residential building in Manhattan’s hip Nolita neighborhood.

Called 75 Kenmare, which is also its street address, the building contains 38 apartments of 1- to 4-bedrooms in size, all infused with the funky, bohemian style you’d expect of the Grammy-winning rocker. And guess what? There are listings available!

As a native New Yorker, Kravitz tells Architectural Digest that he grew up bouncing back and forth among “beautiful apartments” belonging to various friends and family members. “The lobbies were always incredible, with wood ceilings and stonework,” he tells AD.

These memories surely informed his aesthetic in the design of 75 Kenmare’s interiors, including the lobby, which features stone finishes, black oak paneling and a mosaic wall of glittery glass tiles behind the slate reception desk.

Kravitz tells AD that the individual apartment finishes “follow the vibe of the lobby,” which he calls “womblike.” Units currently for sale on StreetEasy range from a 1-bedroom for $1.75 million, which features white-oak floors, a kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and a marble island, and radiant-heated floors in the super-luxe bathroom, to a $7.5 million 2-bedroom/2-bathroom penthouse with all that and more, including a large terrace, a huge walk-in closet in the master suite and an absolutely massive fireplace.

Of course, it’s only appropriate for a building designed by a superstar to be represented by a superstar broker: 75 Kenmare’s market listings are  from Fredrik Eklund. You might know him best not for his work at Douglas Elliman but for his star turns on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” not to mention the spinoff “Bethenny and Fredrik” with “Real Housewives of New York”’s Bethenny Frankel. Rock on!
