An affordable housing lottery was just announced for 152 new units at 1903 West Farms Road in the Bronx.  Studios will be rented at $865 a month, 1-bedrooms for $929, 2-bedrooms for $1,121 and 3-bedrooms $1,289. To be eligible for this lottery, applicants must earn 60 percent of the area median income, or between $31,543 and $66,240 per year, depending on household size.

Amenities include a court yard, bike storage, laundry room, community room, fitness room, closed circuit television system, stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, ceramic tiles in hallways and bathrooms.
