The median asking price for a home in the West Village was a whopping $2.1 million this June, according to the StreetEasy Data Dashboard. That means our Deal of the Week is priced at about a quarter of the median asking price for the neighborhood!

This is the only room without the unit’s beautiful refinished hardwood floors; you’ll find glossy white tile floors here instead.
This unit is located in an 1800s brick building that allows for pied-à-terres, co-purchasing, gifting, and pets. Subletting is also permitted after two years with board approval. …And Why You Might Not
There doesn’t seem to be an elevator in this building, but the unit is thankfully on the second floor, so there should only be one flight of stairs to climb. The unit and the building also don’t have laundry, so you’ll have to venture outside to get it done, which is an inconvenience to consider.
