A new building in Williamsburg is offering units for rent via new affordable housing lottery. Located at 126 Boerum St., the boutique rental development features just eight units in all, many with balconies. Three apartments here are included in the new Williamsburg housing lottery.

The 1-bedroom units are open to qualified applicants who earn 130 percent of the area median income. That ranges from $77,246 for a single person up to $99,320 for a two-person household. Rent is $2,253 a month.

The building is located just a block from the L train at Montrose Avenue and the J and M trains at Lorimer Street, in a section of Brooklyn that straddles East Williamsburg and Bushwick. Amenities include central air conditioning, a roof deck and a laundry room.
