Jennifer Lee

Jennifer brings professionalism and market analytics to an industry that is often lacking it. Her Wall Street background and MBA help her approach real estate purchases from a valuable analytic and investment standpoint. Jennifer tells her clients she is a project manager in addition to an adviser, to help them understand and complete their sales transaction. She will go the extra mile to make sure her clients are happy, and that the transaction closes smoothly. A native of Los Angeles, CA, Jennifer holds a BA in Legal Studies with a Minor in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, and an MBA Columbia Business School. She spent 10 years working on Wall Street in various roles: Research Analyst, Securitized Products Sales and Emerging Markets Rates Trader. Jennifer later established her own e-commerce startup which was accepted into the highly selective Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA). She transitioned into real estate with another startup where she consistently ranked as the top sales agent with $15mm in sales her first year alone. Specializing in sales and rentals in Upper Manhattan and Brooklyn, Jennifer has lived all over NYC for more than 16 years. She lives in Brooklyn Heights with her husband, 2 young daughters and Pomeranian Bailey. In her free time, Jennifer loves to travel and has visited over 30 countries. She has also resided in various worldwide locations including San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, and Singapore. Having bought and sold multiple properties for herself within NYC, Jennifer understands the ins and outs of real estate purchases and sales in this great city.
