Christopher Fusco

Christopher, a native of Virginia Beach, has always been fascinated with New York City and moved to Manhattan after earning his B.A. from Virginia Tech. His passion for history and architecture, combined with his desire to help others, made real estate a natural career path. A current SoHo resident, Christopher’s specializes in luxury properties in downtown Manhattan and is also well-versed in Brooklyn. His first loyalty is always to his customers, acting on their needs and building strong, lasting relationships. Christopher’s forte lies in his vast market knowledge and inventory expertise, and his finely-tuned negotiation skills allow him to navigate even the murkiest of real estate transactions. Christopher joined Compass in 2014 with an extensive sales background. His business practices are uncompromisingly rooted in honesty, integrity, personality, and product knowledge. Whether it’s working with buyer clients or representing sellers, Christopher’s strength lies in his ability to identify and sell luxury properties in many of Manhattan’s vibrant neighborhoods. In his spare time, he enjoys learning about the history of the city, traveling, and exploring new eateries downtown.
