He loves to share his knowledge of residential real estate. After a decade of corporate sales and marketing in New York City, he joined a small boutique firm in New York City where he became the top-grossing agent. He decided to open FILO with when he saw a need for a brokerage firm with full transparency and communication in guiding clients through the complicated process of a real estate transaction. Meeting him for the first time, you'll realize he's unlike most real estate professionals you meet. He brings his neighborhood expertise, knowledge of market trends, staging and construction know-how...with lots of humor. And he negotiates. On everything. It's rare he can't come to an agreeable solution for everyone involved. Except when it comes to his 5-year-old daughter. She wins everything. It's hard to say how he will be like with his 19-month-old son. So far he's been winning, though his son can't talk yet, so we'll see. Having lived in or worked in almost all neighborhoods throughout Manhattan, parts of Brooklyn and Queens, he serves as a bridge for clients moving between boroughs. Ryan has a strong work ethic, an innate ability to negotiate and a knack for resolving any issues in order to execute any deal. He holds client confidentiality of utmost importance and is known for his honesty and integrity in all of his negotiations. Ryan is originally from British Columbia so he enjoys every opportunity he can to be out in the snow during winter. We think blizzard, he thinks it's nice weather to walk outside. He spent summers growing up in Maui so he is in water every opportunity he gets in the summer.
