Ryan is the co-founder and resident broker for Phases & Spaces Real Estate with his wife & partner, Stephanie. He loves to share his knowledge of residential real estate. After a decade of corporate sales and marketing in New York City, he joined a small boutique firm in New York City where he became the top-grossing agent. He decided to open FILO, which later became what it is now, Phases & Spaces Real Estate, when he saw a need for a brokerage firm with full transparency and communication in guiding clients through the complicated process of a real estate transaction. Meeting him for the first time, you'll realize he's unlike most real estate professionals you meet. He brings his neighborhood expertise, knowledge of market trends, staging and construction know-how...with lots of humor. And he negotiates. On everything. It's rare he can't come to an agreeable solution for everyone involved.

Having lived in or worked in almost all neighborhoods throughout Manhattan, parts of Brooklyn and Queens, he serves as a bridge for clients moving between boroughs into Nassau County and Suffolk County. Ryan has a strong work ethic, an innate ability to negotiate and a knack for resolving any issues in order to execute any deal. He holds client confidentiality of utmost importance and is known for his honesty and integrity in all of his negotiations.

Ryan is originally from British Columbia so he enjoys every opportunity he can to be out in the snow during winter. We think blizzard, he thinks it's nice weather to walk outside. He spent summers growing up in Maui so he is in water every opportunity he gets in the summer. When he's not tending to his sellers' and buyers' needs, you'll find him somewhere in the woods, being one with nature. It's what keeps the guy charged.

Outside of work, Ryan can be found playing with his kids, finding shows to never finish on Netflix, and driving over everything in his path.
