Rusty Breedlove

Rusty's professionalism, upbeat approach, and intense loyalty help reduce the frustration and anxiety of any real estate transaction. With decades of focus on customers he, truly, practices the art of service. Rusty works under the team umbrella of Lawrence Schier, SVP, Corcoran's Gallery Salesperson of the Year for eight years. Licensed since 1991, Rusty has experience as both a commercial property manager and residential sales agent. In fact, he opened the Rockefeller Center headquarters for a previous employer. This varied background allows Mr. Breedlove to assist sellers, investors, as well as those pursuing their own personal housing dreams. He has direct access to all the city's major real estate listings (rentals and sales) through membership in the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Rusty invests his skills back into the community, helping organizations like Habitat for Humanity. He also happens to be an accomplished chef and donates one morning weekly as a kitchen volunteer for God's Love We Deliver, a charity delivering nutritious, freshly-prepared meals to people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-altering illnesses. Mr. Breedlove lives on Central Park West and holds a BBA in business from the University of Texas.
