Christopher Fennel

Christopher Jon Fennel is a native New Yorker with a lifelong fondness for the city. As owner of Fennel Realty, he and a team of agents are able to deliver pristine service in multiple areas in the real estate industry. The office is located in Bushwick, and Chris is especially thrilled with all the exciting new changes that are currently transforming Williamsburg, East Williamsburg, Bushwick and Ridgewood Queens.

Christopher attended Baruch College in Manhattan, where he majored in Investment Finance and Corporate Planning Business Management. He later attended Thames Valley University in London as part of an intensive program focusing on Euro Dollar markets, which led to a position with JP Morgan Chase. Christopher uses his background of finance to greatly enhance his ability to strategize and identify the right investment properties for his clients. Specializing in residential rentals, property management, commercial leasing, building sales, investment properties as well as co-op/condo sales and rentals. Complimenting this activity is his additional previous experience in construction contracting, during which he worked with top architects, interior designers and developers -- giving Christopher a special eye to analyzing property exchanges for clients. Christopher feels that real estate is his passion and calling, combining his admiration for the city with his desire to make New York an even greater place to work and live.
