Scott Waldman

Scott is an accomplished and globally competitive sales executive . He works with clients and brokers from around the world. In fact he recently returned from a trip to Shanghai where he met up with top brokers and high net worth individuals to procure sales in the US. He recently lead the team as president and broker of record for 77 Hudson which is Jersey City's premier high rise on the gold coast and sold out the building during the worst economic downturn in history. Scott has marketed close to a billion dollars in real estate over the span of his career and has set record breaking sales in NJ which has gained him several recognitions on Fox, NBC,and Bravo, as well as be written up in the New York Times, The New York Daily News and The Real Deal to name a few. Scott is a alumnus of Rutgers University with graduate course work at Stevens institute of technology. He has also earned certifications in real estate development and urban planning from Rutgers University as well as a certification in construction management from New York University. Recently Scott spoke to Cornell University’s Baker Program for graduate students on the economy and new developments along the “Gold Coast” .
