Isabel Yerkes Birchard

A native of Northern California, Isabel moved to New York City to attend Columbia University, and has been a New Yorker ever since. She has lived all over the city, including Morningside Heights, Hamilton Heights, Union Square, the East and West Village, Prospect Heights, and, most recently, Chelsea. Isabel loves everything about New York City and has a passion for working closely with clients to find them their perfect home. Isabel joined Compass at the start of 2016 as the second member of the Isil Yildiz Team. She was instrumental in shaping the team’s approach to market research and marketing systems and is the ultimate data whiz, providing much of the market analysis for the team. A former fitness instructor, Isabel's dedication to health and wellness continues to be an important part of her life.
