With a 20 year career in New York City Real Estate, servicing Clients, Agents, Landlords, and Management companies, Concetta Raz has accrued an extensive array of contacts, connections, relationships, and experience. From recruiting, hiring, and training, to conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns for Residential rentals and sales, to coaching and helping others grow in their careers, there is one unifying theme: Service. Concetta’s mission is to help others live better, work better, and constantly grow. What originally appealed to me was the hunt for the customer, and the composition of the deal. Accomplishing both was a huge satisfaction for me. The concept of helping someone find a better solution has always been what fuels me professionally. I find great joy in bringing people together to create matches that are win-wins for both parties involved. My extensive contacts in the Real Estate industry stem from years of working in both sides of Residential Brokerage and Management. I have done rentals, sales, and managed rental and sales agents. I have also managed properties for landlords, handled exclusives, and overseen a 2500 unit portfolio. I have served on numerous REBNY committees as well as been the architect of several REBNY Continuing Education training seminars. Making friendships, partnerships, and alliances in my industry are a direct result of the numerous deals I have worked on, classes I have taught, and presentations I have made.
