Jen is a true New Yorker, having grown up in Brooklyn, Queens, and Lower Manhattan. Her sharp eye for design and development, combined with her deep understanding of the city’s ever-changing neighborhoods, allows her to stay ahead of the curve. Diligent and efficient, Jen is dedicated to truly understanding her clients' needs and desires, ensuring they find their dream home.

Her own challenging home-buying experience in 2013 inspired her mission to provide buyers and sellers with a positive, informed experience. As both a homeowner and landlord, Jen has extensive experience in property management, home renovations, and interior design.

For buyers, Jen enjoys exploring homes of all shapes and sizes, with a particular appreciation for Brooklyn brownstones. She is passionate about helping clients pinpoint exactly what they’re looking for, often assisting them in prioritizing their preferences to align with their budget. Jen offers a unique perspective, providing tips and tricks to maximize the potential of any space and helping clients see properties in new ways. Drawing on her production background, she skillfully negotiates deals to secure the lowest possible purchase price.

For sellers, Jen’s marketing experience and design expertise truly shine. She delivers invaluable insights and innovative approaches, from pricing strategies to styling and staging homes to stand out in a competitive landscape. Jen collaborates with sellers to transform their spaces, maximizing their appeal to a targeted buyer segment with the goal of achieving the highest possible purchase price.

Jen holds a B.A. with Honors in Specialized Communications from York University (1999-2003) and a Creative Advertising Diploma from Seneca College (2001-2003). Growing up in a family of real estate professionals, she has always had a passion for the industry. Before officially transitioning to real estate in 2019, Jen worked internationally in product development as an Executive Producer/Program Director in NYC, Toronto, Singapore, Stockholm, and London (2003-2020), showcasing her exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

No matter which side she’s working on, Jen’s tenacious nature ensures the deal gets done. Fluent in both English and Chinese, she is well-equipped to connect with and assist a diverse clientele.

In her free time, Jen enjoys spending time with her dog in Prospect Park, working on DIY projects at home, and creating dinnerware in her pottery studio in Bed Stuy. In the warmer months, Jen enjoys hosting Airbnb travelers from around the world!
