Brandon Maybaum

Raised and educated in New York City, Brandon has been working the streets since a young age, which is where he developed his strong understanding of the NYC real estate market. A product of the NYC public school system, Brandon has always maintained an understanding and appreciation of the diverse cultures the city has to offer. Brandon attended Tulane University in New Orleans where he majored in Business Management and made NOLA music, food, and creativity a part of his life. He now carries his love of New Orleans culture with him as he experiences life in the best city in the world. Brandon prefers one-off, hidden restaurants to the more famous NYC eateries, and he prefers an intimate bench in a quiet park over the crowds at Sheep’s Meadow. He also prefers exploring on a Citi-Bike or his feet, but he will, of course, cater to his clients in an Uber or Taxi. Brandon’s father is one of the top real estate closing attorneys in New York City and instilled in him a logical and thoughtful approach to managing NYC’s challenging and competitive real estate marketplace. Having previously worked at one of the top real estate brokerage firms in Manhattan, Brandon has now chosen Compass as his home to continue building his career and helping his clientele rent, buy, and sell apartments.
