Slavik Kiselev is an established real estate sales professional in New York speaking English, Russian and French. Licensed real estate agent and real estate investor, Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®) from the Real Estate Board of New York. Slavik has wide experience from closing multi-million dollar penthouses in Manhattan to houses in Hudson Valley. Slavik is always grateful for referrals from agents all over the US and globally, who send him their clients buying or selling in New York. He is fluent in English, Russian, and French and has diverse working and networking experience both in the U.S. and Europe. Traveling has helped him become an expert in understanding different cultures, their mentalities, and ways to bridge them. The ability to speak multiple languages allows him to do a lot of foreign nationals deals, creating his own list of trustworthy mortgage brokers and attorneys. Slavik has a deep knowledge of the real estate market from the broker’s and investor’s point of view, as for the last 2 years he has been doing his own investment deals in New York and Hudson Valley. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Slavik worked as business development and marketing manager for over ten years and owned his own moving company in New York City. He believes that this experience is vital to success in real estate. It helped him to acquire keen intuition for his clients' needs.
