As an accomplished real estate salesperson with several years’ experience in the New York City market, Marya Lawrence-Hart is thrilled to bring her expertise to Brown Harris Stevens. Marya is passionate about uncovering and showcasing the potential of properties, particularly when it comes to helping clients find their dream homes. Furthermore, her experience owning both a co-op in the East Village and a Windsor Terrace townhouse has given her a unique perspective and insight that she thoughtfully imparts on clients when helping them make important decisions. A Brooklyn resident of over 15 years, Marya began her real estate career working in small boutique agencies throughout the borough. She attended the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music and maintains an active career as a vocalist and musician, as well as a jewelry designer and artist. Her love of art and design also works to the benefit of her real estate career, giving her a keen eye for detail and aesthetics when it comes to showing and uncovering beautiful properties throughout the city.
